Happy 1st Anniversary, Rosycooks

Hello, friends!

Today marks the one year anniversary of my blog.  When I embarked in this journey one year ago, I never thought I would interest so many viewers.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you make it worthwhile.
Since the passing of my son, I am not myself yet and I know you must notice in my writing.  Without Andy, this blog would not have become possible.  He got me the domain, put the blog together, trained, and advised me.  Everything that came out of my oven, I would show him.  He was always so proud of everything I made, even of the most insignificant things.
Anyways, guess which one post  received most views.....the Tres Leches Cake!
